Gosh do I love this sun-drenched engagement session. Marc & Amy are two peas in a pod. They love to spend time outdoors, whether it's in their garden (they sell produce at a local farmer's market!)  or just hanging out on their front porch on a warm evening. Amy is a beauty inside and out. I dare you not to crush on her when you see her smile and crinkle up her adorable nose. Marc is a wildcard. He's a man of few words (at least during this session), but he will surprise you with his sense of adventure (there's proof in this post). I had such fun stomping around the woods and fields capturing these two.

Nick & Kate | Mavris Wedding | Indianapolis Wedding Photography

Nick and Kate's wedding day was the perfect blend of fun and sincerity. They have such a playful relationship and that was apparent in their choice of decor and the overall antics of the bride, groom, and wedding party throughout the day. But they also take their love for each other seriously and they showed that in the way that they chose to write their vows together, in the reading of Pablo Neruda's Sonnet XVII. They honored the deep love that they share and set the tone for the kind of marriage that they want together.

The thing that stands out in my mind the most when I think about their wedding is how they surrounded themselves with family and friends who truly understand the love they share for each other. The joy in the crowd when they were pronounced man and wife almost felt tangible. We just adore these two and it probably goes without saying how glad we were that they chose us to capture their day. Be on the look out for the wedding film in the coming weeks, but until then you can live a little bit of their day through these images.
